Vanguard Professional Staffing is interested in recruiting all retirees and former employees of Departments of Social Services in North Carolina for full or part time temporary or contract work in DSS (or other human services) agencies - working where and when they want. This opportunity afford the maximum in flexibility!
We recognize that NCSSA is in the perfect position to know those who retire or otherwise leave because full time permanent employment is no longer desirable. We want you doing active recruitment for us, and, in return, we will reward NCSSA monetarily!
Here's the incentive plan:
For each retired or former employee you refer and we place into a job, we will donate $100 - half of which will go to the Chapter; half to NCSSA state budget.Use the forms online to send us referrals :
- Retirees letter, flyer, and permission to give to persons retiring or leaving DSS employment, or those who have already left. The permission page allows you send us their contact information. The letter page gives them information, as does the flyer page.
- NCSSA Referral to Vanguard Professional Staffing is in two formats - 1) a version you can print, fill out, and mail or fax, and 2) an automated version you can complete in your computer and email to us. You can use this form to refer anyone to us.
- Self Referral to Vanguard Professional Staffing is used if you want to send in your own information to us.
